User Breakdown in My Team hub Updated November 29, 2024 15:08 This course-driven page will let you see insights on the individual user level. The User Insights page will help you, as a Manager, keep track of who has completed what for a specific course. You can see their scores and send reminders to users who haven't completed the course or need to review pitches. Admins will also have access to the My Team tab and insights and see all the courses and paths across the entire instance. Click on any Course to get the more detailed information regarding that assignment. This will display a list of all users assigned to you as their Manager in the selected course, as well as detailed statistics regarding their performance on the course. Within the User Breakdown tab, you can filter desired groups. Click the Groups drop-down menu and select the groups you wish to see. Click Apply. Use the Users dropdown to do the same for individual users. Click the Statuses dropdown to filter the users by their Status in the course. Statuses include the following: Not started: a course that has been assigned but not started In progress: a course that has been started, but not completed Due Soon: a course with a short due date Overdue: course is past the due date, whether complete or incomplete Pending Review: a course that has been completed, but not reviewed Failed: a course that has been started but not completed ahead of the due date Completed/Passed: a course that has been completed on or before the due date Within the User Breakdown table, you will find a variety of information related to course completion for each user, including: Status: Not started, in progress, completed, or pending review. Progress: Users' development into the course completion in percentage. Test Result: Test score in percentage, or a dash for pending and incomplete assignments. Test Attempts: Number of times users attempted a Test. Test Submitted: The date of users' test completion. Pitch Result: PitchIQ score in percentage, or a dash for pending and incomplete Pitch Attempts: Number of times users attempted a PitchIQ. Click the columns icon to add or remove any columns in the table. These column settings will be remembered. Sort the table by any desired columns by clicking the column field name. If a user has already submitted their PitchIQ or Test and needs a reset, click the three dots to the right of their row on the table. Click Reset Test, or Revert Pitch. You will be prompted with another message to let you know this will permanently delete the user's score, then click Reset and Send Email. They will receive an email that their test or pitch has been reset. You can also find the options here to grade a test, PitchIQ, or remind the user of their assignment. When the course has a complementing certificate assigned to it, users can see a certificate and email it to themselves. Note: Your users can access and email their certificate anytime after completing the required actions. As a Manager, you can still issue a certificate if the user completed a course and failed a test. This option is only available in these conditions. If a user has not completed the course, click Remind User to email them a reminder. Customize the message if desired. The bracketed fields will automatically populate. Click Send Reminder. Click Send Reminders above the user table to remind users about their coursework in bulk. From the dropdown menu, select Users who have not completed their Course, Users who have pitches to review, or Users who have no completed their pitch. The number in parenthesis indicates how many users are applicable for each reminder. Click Next. You will have the option to customize the email reminder that users will receive. The variable values, such as the user's name, will be filled in correctly automatically. Click Send. See how it's done on the Web app Hover over My Team in the main menu and select Assignments.
