See your team members learning progress in My Team hub: Members Updated November 25, 2025 16:53 As a manager, your engagement in your team's learning and development is crucial for their performance. Showpad's My Team hub offers two starting points to work with your team's Coach progress: Members and Assignments. This is your central space to monitor and coach your team members through their assigned training. This guide focuses on using the Members tab to gain insights into your team's progress. On the Members page, you will find an overview of all the users in the groups you manage, and you can view assignments and competencies based on a particular user. If you need a review for this particular user, you can take action on a user basis. Click on any user's assigned Courses or Paths to dive deeply into their progress. Lessons are only marked complete after being fully consumed. Here you will see a tile for each team member, showing their name, title, and last active date. You can filter this view by group or sort members by name. Use the magnifying glass to search for a specific member. Click a team member's card to view their learning progress. Back to Top Analyze an individual team member's progress To see detailed information, click on any team member's card. This opens their individual progress page, which is organized into several key sections. Member overview At the top, you'll see a quick summary of the user's recent activity, including their last active date, which is the most recent time they used Showpad, and their average weekly usage over the past four weeks. Actionable Items: My Reviews This section highlights assignments that the user has completed and are now awaiting your review, such as short-answer questions or PitchIQ submissions. Click an item to grade or review it. Detailed activity breakdown The Activity section contains two tabs for in-depth analysis: Assignments tab: This is the default view and shows a comprehensive list of all Courses and Paths the user is enrolled in. You can see and sort by the assignment name, status, progress, test and pitch results, and number of test and pitch attempts. You’ll also see the competencies assigned to each Course. From here, you can: View columns: Click the column icon to hide or reveal details. Filter: Narrow down the list by assignment type (Course/Path), status, or competency. Send reminders: Click Remind user to prompt a user to complete overdue work. Manage submissions: Click the three dot menu to grade tests, reset tests, revert/review a PitchIQ, or mark a Course as completed. Back to Top Dive into specific Courses and Paths For a more granular view, click on any individual assignment from the Assignments tab. Course progress view When you select a Course, you'll see a detailed breakdown of progress for each component. A lesson is only marked as complete when the user has consumed it in its entirety. This ensures the data reflects the user's actual learning journey. You'll see: A breakdown of progress for each component (Lessons, Tests, Pitches). Metrics such as Learn Time, Test Attempts, and Pitch Attempts. The status of any reviews, including who the designated reviewer is. To see individual lesson and lesson item completion progress, or specific test question results, click to expand each section. For lessons, you’ll see a precise completion percentage for each unfinished item, providing insight into the user’s engagement. Note: Certain interactive lesson items may not display a granular completion percentage and will show as 0% until fully completed. Once the user completes the item, its status will update to 100% complete. Note: When a lesson item is added to a completed Course, the Course will still be marked as completed. However, the progress for the new lesson item will be 0%. For Pitches that need to be reviewed by you as the reviewer, you can review the Pitch here by clicking the section. Alternatively, you can remind the reviewer. Path progress view When you select a Path, you'll see: A list of all items within the Path (e.g., tasks, Courses, Live Trainings). The status and progress for each individual item. The option to click into any Course to see the same Course progress information for the specific user as above. Manage Live Training sessions If a Path includes a Live Training component, you can click on it to manage the user's participation. Click the three dot menu to: Mark attendance or absence. Unenroll the user from a session. Enroll the user in an alternative session if available. For uncompleted Live Trainings, send an email reminder by clicking Remind User. Navigate back Use the breadcrumb menu at the top of the page to navigate back to the main user list or a specific team member's overview.
