See your team members learning progress in My Team hub: Members Updated September 26, 2023 15:52 As a Manager, engaging in your team's learning progress can significantly influence their performance. To work and coach the way you find most powerful, Showpad's My Team hub offers two starting points to work with your team's Coach progress: Members and Assignments. This is your main working hub to stay up to date on their progress. Gather insights on how your team is engaging with their learning. In the Members tab, you will find an overview of all the users in the groups you manage, and you can view assignments and Meetings based on a particular user. If you need a review for this particular user, you can take action on a user basis. Click on any user's courses or paths to dive deeply into their progress. Within the Members tab, you will see an overview of all the users in the groups you manage. You can filter the members by group, and sort them based on their last name. On the overview of the Members tab you will see each user's name, title if applicable, and last active date. Click on any user from the Members tab to dig deeper into their Coach standing or perform tasks based on their assignments. In the overview for the user, you will see the date they were last active, their average Showpad usage for week (in minutes from the past four weeks), and if the status of their MeetingIQ calendar integration (if applicable). In the My Reviews section, you will see any assignments completed by that user which need to be reviewed. Click on any short answer review or PitchIQ review to complete your review. Finally, in the Activity section, view a breakdown tab for the user's Assignments or Meetings. In the assignments tab, view a table of all courses or paths the user is enrolled in, the status, and the progress of the assignment.Filter the Assignments tab by assignment type (course or path), and status. Sort the assignments based on the name, status, or progress fields.Use the Remind User option to email them an assignment reminder for outstanding work.Click the three dots next to any assignment to Revert or Review a PitchIQ, or Grade or Reset a test, depending on the assignment. Click into any Assignment to see more info about a user's specific course or path progress. For courses, you will see an overview of the Lesson, Test, and PitchIQ included if applicable, along with an easy to read progress graph, info on Learn Time, Test Attempts, and Pitch Attempts. If a PitchIQ review is pending, you can see who the reviewer is, otherwise you will see the score. Click to expand any module section to view more about the included lessons or test questions. For Pitches that need reviewing by you as the reviewer, you can review the Pitch here by clicking the section. Alternatively, you can remind the reviewer. In a Path progress overview, you will see a list of the tasks with their status, as well as the courses. Click into any course to see the same course progress information for the specific user as above. If a Path contains a live training component, click on it to manage the user's attendance or enroll them in a session. For a session they are enrolled in, click the three dots and select to mark their attendance or absence, or Unenroll them. If there were additional sessions, you can enroll them in an alternative one. For uncompleted Live Trainings, send an email reminder by clicking Remind User. Use the breadcrumb menu to navigate back to the User you are viewing, or back to the Members page. In the Meetings tab, you will see a list of all MeetingIQ calls owned by the user. View or sort by the subject, status, and date recorded. Click into any MeetingIQ from the table to view the recording in Showpad.
