Contact your administrator for more information about AI Bundle eligibility. The quick way Navigate to the My Team hub and select Roleplays. Select a Roleplay to view the invitees' progress. Filter or sort the user breakdown table to identify performance trends. Select a team member to see their submission feedback. Review the Virtual Coach feedback and scores. Do this step by step Access the Roleplays dashboard Start by navigating to your team's Roleplay overview to see a high-level summary of engagement. Click My Team in the main navigation menu and select Roleplays. Here, you’ll see a list of all Roleplays your team has been invited to practice. Click the column headings to sort by: Name: The title of the Roleplay. Invited: The number of users invited to the Roleplay. Submitted: The number of takes submitted. % of entries submitted: The percentage of recorded takes that were submitted by all users. Use the search icon to find a specific Roleplay by name. Click a Roleplay to see details about the progress of all invited team members. Back to Top Analyze team progress Select a Roleplay from the Team Roleplays list to dive deeper into how your team members are performing. This displays a list of all users assigned to you as their Manager who’ve been invited to practice the Roleplay, along with detailed stats on their performance. Use the status filter to narrow the list to: Show all: All invited users Submitted: Only those who have submitted at least one take. Not submitted: Only those who haven’t submitted a take. Click the column icon to hide or reveal specific details in your view. Review the user breakdown table to see individual metrics: Status: Whether the user has Not Submitted any takes or Submitted at least one. Average score: The mean score across all their submissions. Lowest score: Their lowest-performing submission. Highest score: Their best-performing submission. Submitted: The number of submissions they have made. % of entries submitted: The percentage of recorded takes that were submitted by the user. (e.g., If the user recorded 2 takes but only submitted one, the percentage will show 50%.) Click any column heading to sort by that stat. Click on a user who has submitted a Roleplay to review their feedback. Back to Top Review individual feedback and scores Select a user from the breakdown list to review individual submission feedback from the Virtual Coach and identify specific areas for improvement. Select a submission from the drop-down menu to view feedback for that specific submission. View the date the Virtual Coach provided the feedback and the total score. Below the score, read the general feedback for an overall summary of the performance. Review the specific feedback and score for each category (e.g., Clarity, Empathy, Product Knowledge). Tip: Hover over the information icon next to a category score to view the grading criteria. This helps you understand exactly what the Virtual Coach was looking for during the evaluation.
