If you have just the right content for a conversation your teammate has coming up, pass it along! Find any assets your colleagues have sent you in your My Files under the Shared with me option, so you can quickly access what you need. Assets shared with colleagues will not be included in your Shares insights. On an iPhone, tap the Content tab, then select My Files. Tap the three dot menu next to the file you want to share and select Share with Colleagues. If it's your first time sharing content, file sharing will be off by default. Use the toggle to enable sharing. This setting will be remembered the next time you go to share this file. Select the option to share the file By Link (to copy and paste a link to the file) or By Email (to email a copy of the file to a colleague). When sharing with a link, tap Copy Link. Paste the link in your desired communication tool to share with your colleagues. To share a file By Email, type your colleagues' email addresses in the Email Options box and select them from the drop-down. Type a message if desired, then tap Send. You can adapt the Notification Settings to your preferences by checking the Notifications box. Choose whether to be notified when the file is opened for the first time. After enabling Sharing for a specific file, you will see a People icon next to it. This icon indicates that sharing is enabled for this file. The recipient will receive an email with the note from the sender and a button to view the file in Showpad. The recipient can view the file in a browser and opt to Make a copy, which will move a copy of the file to their own My Files. Once they've saved a copy of the file, it is no longer linked to the shared file, so if you remove it, they will still have access. You can revoke access to everyone you shared a My Files file with by tapping the three dot menu next to it and selecting Share with Colleagues. Disable the file sharing by tapping the toggle.
