Share Collections with Colleagues Updated March 11, 2025 16:01 With the Collections feature, you can mix and match content provided by marketing and upload your own assets. They can be easily shared with colleagues, enabling seamless knowledge sharing and content presentation for similar conversations with buyers. By sharing Collections, you can exchange knowledge and presentations and personalize the assets to enhance your sales approach with buyers. Note: When sharing a Collection internally, your colleagues get View-only access. However, they can make a copy of the Collection to edit later. You can see an overview of your Collections shared internally and deactivate access anytime. You can also access a tab with all the Collections shared with you.If you decide to enable it, you will be emailed when a unique user has viewed a shared Collection for the first time.For Collections shared with colleagues, content availability is determined by permissions. If your colleague doesn’t have the same permissions as you do, the asset is blurred from the Collection. To share a Collection, tap the three dots menu next to the Collection you want to share. Select Share with Colleagues. Alternatively, tap the three dots menu and choose Share with Colleagues when viewing the desired Collection. First, you will need to enable Collection sharing. To do so, enable the Collection sharing toggle. With Collection sharing enabled, check the informative message in blue and follow its instructions if needed. Choose one of the sharing options. Share By Link if you prefer to send the link to your colleagues via an external platform. Tap Copy Link. Choose to share By Email if you wish to send a personalized email to your colleagues. Add the email addresses of the internal recipients. Optionally, you can write a note to your peers. Tap Send. For both sharing options, you can choose if you want to be notified when the Collection is opened for the first time. Check or uncheck the Notification Settings checkbox according to your preferences. When Collection sharing is enabled, you will see a People icon below the Collection’s name. This will help you keep track of the Collections that are shared with colleagues and the ones only visible to you. You can revoke access to the Collections you've shared by tapping the three dots menu and selecting Share with Colleagues. Disable Collection sharing by tapping the toggle. Easily find all Collections your colleagues have shared with you by tapping the three dot menu and choosing Shared with me.
