Provide feedback with PitchAI auto-scoring

PitchAI's auto-scoring provides instant, AI-powered feedback on your sales team’s PitchIQ submissions. Save valuable time and scale your coaching efforts by allowing our AI to score and draft feedback for pitch submissions. It provides a fast, consistent, and objective starting point based on predefined pitch goals and metrics, freeing you to focus on high-level, strategic coaching. You always maintain full control to review, refine, and override the AI's suggestions.

Note: This feature is only available for recorded video and audio pitches. For other submission types, the Start AI review button will not be visible.

You need this to succeed

• A Showpad account
• A PitchIQ to review
• A web browser, or Windows Desktop App

The quick way

• Under Coaching, click My Assignments.
• Navigate to the PitchIQs to Review tile.
• Select a pitch submission to evaluate.
• Click Start AI review to generate a draft evaluation.
• Review, edit, and submit the feedback.

Do this step by step

1. Navigate to the Coaching tab, select My Assignments, and then click the PitchIQs to Review tile.
   
2. Select the pitch you want to evaluate.
3. In the pitch review window, click the play icon on the pitch to watch the submission.

4. Click Start AI review while or after watching the pitch. A loading spinner will appear while the AI processes the submission.

   Note: If the AI is unable to generate a review due to insufficient information, a banner will appear to notify you.

   

5. When the analysis is complete, a confirmation message will appear.
   
6. The metric sliders and the positive and constructive feedback boxes will be pre-filled with AI-generated content. All AI-generated content is highlighted in purple and includes a “Suggested by AI message,” allowing you to easily identify it.
   

7. Review the AI's suggestions. You can adjust the scores on the metric sliders and edit the written feedback as needed. Editing a score or feedback field will remove the “Suggested by AI” indicator for that item.

   Note: Once you edit an AI-suggested review, you cannot revert to the original version suggested by the AI.

8. When you are satisfied with the evaluation, click the Submit Review button.
