Customize Coach reports to highlight trends Updated December 05, 2025 16:48 Use reports to isolate key data points and analyze trends in your Showpad Coach enablement program. Create custom reports to save time, reuse them later, and compare results over time. Configure reports to include criteria like average Course scores or user engagement to answer important questions efficiently.Report data is refreshed every hour on the hour. For example, if you pull a report at 10:15 AM, your data will be from 10:00 AM. Hovering over a report reveals a preview of the report.The report type you choose determines the available columns, which represent certain pieces of data. To include desired columns in your report, click the eye icon next to the column name. To remove the column, click the eye icon again.To drill down to specific information in your report, add filters. Click the filter icon to create a filter for your report.Select a column, the determiner, and the value you want to filter by.Click Add Filter to add more filter criteria.Click Apply to filter the report.To sort the report by the content within a column, click the caret next to a column header. Select Sort by. The report will be sorted by numerical or alphabetical order based on column content.To arrange the columns in the report, click the caret next to a column header. Choose one of the available options:Hide: Hide the columnMove First: Move the column to the first displayed column on the left of the report.Move Last: Move the column to the last displayed column on the right of the report.Move Left: Move the column one position to the left.Move Right: Move the column one position to the right.
