Please provide feedback directly in the beta app. The ability to save the report types used most often for your organization saves time and allows you to compare data points over time. After configuring your report type and details, you can save and run the report at any time. From that saved report, you can also share, download, or even set up an ongoing scheduled email with that report. Save reports Export reports View a user’s previous test scores Save reports Login to Showpad as an Admin or Promoted Member. Click the Analytics tab and select Coach Reports. Select a report, customize the column options, and filter data as needed. When you customize a report type you plan to use later, you’ll want to save it. Click the Save Report icon to store it in your Saved Reports so you can access and run it later. Choose Save New and give the report a name, or choose Overwrite Existing Report and select a report to replace. To access and run your saved reports later, go to the Saved Reports tab. All the reports you have saved will be listed in separate tiles. For each saved report, you can click Run Report to get an updated report based on all current data in Showpad Coach. To schedule a daily, weekly, or monthly CSV report that will be emailed to you automatically, click the calendar icon. Select a frequency and click Save. To share a saved report, click the share icon. Select one or more admins or Promoted Members from the drop-down list. If reports are shared with Promoted Members, they will only see user information of the Division libraries they are promoted in, regardless of whether the report filters include other users. Click Save to add the report to the selected user’s Saved Reports tab. To delete the saved report, click the trash icon and confirm on the pop-up. Back to Top Export reports Login to Showpad as an Admin or Promoted Member. Click the Analytics tab and select Coach Reports. Select a report, customize the column options, and filter data as needed. To export the report, click the Export icon. Then, choose whether to export the entire table or use the data bank. Exporting the table allows you to name the report and export exactly what you see in a CSV file. Click Export, and the file will download automatically. Exporting the data bank will give you all the requested data. Select the desired columns you'd like included in the export. Click Advanced Options to view additional settings: File Format: Export the data bank as a CSV or PDF. Filter By: Click Select Filter and choose either No Filter, Curriculum, Course, Group, or User. Then, select a specific item for the filter topic, such as Users > Test User. Data Options: Check if you want to Include historical data on deactivated or unassigned users. Archived Courses are not included. If you chose to export the report as a PDF, you can organize it by checking Group by user and Group nested Curriculum. This will override the columns you choose to export. When you’ve configured your settings, click Export. Once the report is compiled, you will receive a .zip file via email. Back to Top View a user’s previous test scores It is possible to set up Courses for your users and allow several attempts to pass. Only the final passing score is visible to you. If they fail the first time, those scores are not visible by default. You can retrieve that information using the Export Data Bank option. Login to Showpad as an Admin or Promoted Member. Click the Analytics tab and select Coach Reports. Select the Course & User report. Click the Export icon and select the Export Data Bank option. Ensure the column Test Attempt Scores is checked. Click Export. A .zip file will be emailed to you. Unzip the file to exact the CSV. Open the file and go to the Course you're looking for. The column All Test Scores shows the previous test score(s). Note: If you are not receiving the files, check your email's junk folder and mark them as "not junk".
