Review and manage Page comments and feedback Updated March 11, 2025 16:04 Adding comments to assets in Showpad is a great way for users and admins to share feedback. It opens a dialogue between marketing and sales to see if assets are still relevant or can be improved. Sales users can provide public comments that are visible to all users and private feedback that is only visible to admins. If your organization uses multiple Divisions, select the desired Division from the top-left dropdown menu. Click All Pages in the Content section of the left menu. Click on a Page from the library. Click the Comments & Feedback tab in the details panel. Enter your comment text here and press Enter. Back to Top Delete Comments Navigate to Libraries. If your organization uses multiple Divisions, select the desired Division from the top-left dropdown menu. Click All Pages in the Content section of the left menu. Click on a Page from the library. Click the Comments & Feedback tab in the details panel. Click the trash icon next to the comment you want to delete and confirm on the pop-up. Back to Top View Private Feedback Feedback is provided privately by users. It's similar to comments but only visible to admins. Navigate to Libraries. If your organization uses multiple Divisions, select the desired Division from the top-left dropdown menu. Click All Pages in the Content section of the left menu. Click on a file from the library. Click the Comments & Feedback tab in the details panel. Under Show: All, uncheck the Comment box to view only Feedback. Click the three dot menu next to the feedback. You can mark the feedback as resolved or dismiss it if no further actions are required. Feedback will still be visible and marked as resolved or dismissed, and the user who submitted the private feedback will receive an email notification. Back to Top View Recent Activity The Admin App's Recent Activity dashboard on the Home tab provides instant access to the most recent Comments, Likes, and Feedback. Access the Dashboard by signing in to the Admin App or selecting the Home tab. Sort by Activity Types, Libraries, and Users to view the most recent activities of the last 30 days. Back to Top View the number of likes In the Files library, you can also see the number of likes an asset received. This can give you an idea of which assets are popular among sales reps. Navigate to Libraries. If your organization uses multiple Divisions, select the desired Division from the top-left dropdown menu. Click All Pages in the Content section of the left menu. Click the icon on the far right of the table header to ensure the Likes column is visible. Sort by the number of Likes by clicking the arrows.
