Please provide feedback directly in the beta app. When learners finish a Course in Showpad, they can rate it and leave written feedback. As an admin or Course creator, you can use this input to improve your content and make sure users are maximizing their learning time. Feedback provided by users can be resolved or dismissed. Users will be alerted of your response so they know their feedback is being heard and acted on. Select the Feedback tab in the details panel. Review rating and feedback. Resolve or Dismiss the feedback with a message to the learner. Do this step by step Users provide ratings and feedback that are only visible to admins and Promoted Members. The most recent Course feedback can be viewed in the Recent Activity timeline on the Home tab. Navigate to the Libraries tab. If your organization uses multiple Divisions/Libraries, select the desired Division/Library from the top-left dropdown menu. Click Courses in the left menu and select All Courses. Click on a Course in the Courses library. Click the Feedback tab in the details panel. Review the star ratings and the comments that users provided on the Course. You can filter the feedback by All, Open, Resolved, or Dismissed. Click the three dot menu to respond to feedback. You can mark the feedback as Resolved or Dismiss it if no further actions are required. Selecting either option will allow you to write a message to the user who submitted the comment. Let them know amendments have been made or why you are dismissing their feedback. Enter your message, then click Mark as Resolved or Dismiss Feedback. The user who submitted the private feedback will receive an email with your message letting them know their feedback has been resolved or dismissed.
