Manage Paths in the Paths library Updated March 11, 2025 16:04 You can access your Paths from the Paths tabs on the Libraries page. The details panel provides quick access to Path information and metadata. With the Search and filter capabilities, finding the content you need is simple. See how it looks Key features View Paths on the Libraries page See metadata and more in the details panel Edit Path details and assignees You need this to succeed Plan: eOS Expert, eOS Advanced, eOS Professional Previous plan: Showpad Coach Essential or higher Permissions: Administrator, Promoted Member with Content permission The quick way In the Admin App, click Libraries Click Paths then All Paths from the left side menu Manage the elements as needed Do this step by step Navigate the the Libraries tab. If your organization uses Divisions, select the relevant one from the drop-down menu in the upper left corner. From the left side menu, click Paths and select All Paths. At a glance, you can see the Path Title, Status, Added date, Last update date, and Owner. Click any of the column headers, except Owner, to sort the list by it. Click the column icon in the header row to select or deselect various columns. You can also rearrange the columns by selecting the left side hold icon and dragging and dropping them into your preferred order. Click Save. To find a Path, use the available filters: Status, Owners, and Groups. You can also search for a Path by clicking the magnifying glass icon. To create a new Path, navigate to the following article: Create a Path to organize training initiatives. Click on a Path to view the details panel. Hover over the Path Title and click the pencil icon to edit it. In the Details tab, view or edit the following details about the Path: Overview: Click the pencil icon to edit the Description and Author. Click Save changes when done. Date the Path was added and last updated Description Owner Link to Path: Click the copy icon to save the URL to your clipboard. Path insights Time to completion Path Components: Click on the title of a component to open it. Assignees: The number next to Assignees represents the total number of assignees. User groups assigned Individual users assigned To adjust the Path, click Edit Path to open the Path Builder. Click the trash icon to delete a Path still in development. If a Path is published, click the archive icon to archive it.
