To maximize the quality of feedback, set up PitchIQ metrics that align with your organization's goals. Consistent scoring options enable all panelists to assess pitches using uniform standards, ensuring evaluations are aligned with your training objectives. You can create a pool of up to 20 metrics, with 5 required as the primary set. When setting up PitchIQ modules in a Course, these primary metrics are pre-selected, but they can be replaced with any other active metrics. These metrics apply to all submission types (video, written, etc.). Best practices for defining your metrics: Align your criteria with key learning objectives and the skills critical to success in your organization. Include metrics and descriptions that specifically address written PitchIQ submissions. Minimize updates to the PitchIQ metrics. Any changes will overwrite all Courses where the metric is used, including previously published ones. In the PitchIQ Metrics section, click the dropdown menu next to a metric and change its status to Primary, Active, or Inactive. To change the name or description of a metric, click the corresponding field and type the new name or description. Click Save to update the list. You can restore Showpad's pre-defined metrics by clicking Restore defaults. When configuring a PitchIQ module in a Course using the Course Builder, the primary metrics are pre-selected.
