To maximize the quality of feedback, set up PitchIQ metrics that align with your organization's goals. Consistent scoring options enable all panelists to assess pitches using uniform standards, ensuring evaluations are aligned with your training objectives. You can create a pool of up to 20 metrics, with five required as the primary set. When setting up PitchIQ modules in a Course, the primary metrics are pre-selected but can be replaced with any other active metrics. These metrics apply to all submission types (video, written, etc.). Best practices for defining your metrics: Align your criteria with key learning objectives and the skills critical to success in your organization. Include metrics and descriptions that specifically address written PitchIQ submissions. Minimize updates to the PitchIQ metrics. Any changes will overwrite all Courses that use the metric, including previously published ones. To change the status of a metric, click the dropdown menu next to it and select either: Primary: These are the five default metrics that automatically appear when a PitchIQ module is created in the Course Builder. Active: These metrics are available in the Course Builder and can be selected to replace any of the Primary metrics when configuring a PitchIQ module. Inactive: These metrics are not available in the Course Builder. They’re archived here in Settings and can be reactivated later if you need them again. To change the name or description of a metric, click the corresponding field and type the new name or description. Click Save to update the list. You can restore Showpad's pre-defined metrics by clicking Restore defaults. Note: Any changes to a PitchIQ metric will overwrite all Courses that use the metric, including previously published ones. When configuring a PitchIQ module in a Course using the Course Builder, the primary metrics are pre-selected. You can replace them with other active metrics. Exactly five metrics are required.
