Managing your Collections Updated September 19, 2023 20:08 To stay at the top of your game, you will need to modify and update the collections you created. Having your customized and up-to-date collections at your fingertips will make it easier to share your favorite content with customers or prospects. View All will list all your collections. Reorder Content in a Collection Navigate to the Content tab, select Collections, and open the Collection you want to organize. Press and hold the document you want to reorder. Drag and release to the position of your choice. Remove Content from a Collection Open the desired Collection and find the file you want removed. Tap the three-dot menu next to the file name and tap Remove. Alternatively, you can open the document you want to remove and tap the three-dot menu from there. Select Remove. Duplicating a Collection Navigate to your Collections tab. Tap the three dots menu next to the Collection you need to duplicate, and select Duplicate. Alternatively, you can open the Collection you need a copy of. Tap the three dot menu in its upper right corner and select Duplicate. Enter the name of the copied Collection and confirm by tapping Duplicate. Renaming a Collection Navigate to your Collections tab. Tap the three dots menu next to the Collection you need to change the name of and select Rename. Alternatively, you can first open the Collection, then tap the three dot menu in its upper right corner and select Rename. Enter a new name for your Collection and confirm by tapping Rename. Making Collections available offline In order to use and present your collections offline, you must first make them available offline. This can be done for single Collections or in bulk. You can do this from the Content tab or select individual assets from within the Collection itself. Navigate to the Content tab, Collections, and press the Select button. Choose the Collection(s) you want to download and tap Make Available Offline. To download individual assets from a Collection, open the desired Collection and follow the same steps as listed above. Deleting a Collection Keep in mind when you delete a collection you've shared with someone, the recipient will still be able to access the content. Navigate to your Collections tab. Tap the three dots menu next to the Collection you want to delete, and select Delete. Alternatively, you can open the Collection you want to delete. Tap the three dot menu in its upper right corner and select Delete. Tap Delete to confirm your choice. Tap Duplicate. Enter the name of the duplicated Collection, then tap OK. Renaming a Collection Open the Collection you want to rename. Tap the button in the shape of 3 dots. Tap Rename. Enter the new name for the Collection, then tap OK. Making Collections available offline In order to use and present your collections while offline, you must first make them available offline. Open the My Content tab To download an entire Collection, press the three dots and choose Select Choose the Collection(s) you want to download and select the download icon To download individual assets from a Collection, open the collection, click the three dots in the upper right corner and press select. Select the assets you want to download and press the download icon Deleting a Collection from the Content screen Keep in mind when you delete a collection you've shared with someone, the recipient will still be able to access the content. Open the My Content screen and tap the Collections tab. Tap the button in the shape of 3 dots. Tap Select. Tap the Collection you want to delete. If needed, tap additional Collections you want to delete. Tap the Delete icon and confirm when prompted. Under Other, select Make available offline. To download multiple collections from the main tab, click the check box for each collection you wish to download. In the bottom right, click the three-dot menu. Select Make Available Offline. While the collections download, you will see a spinning circle. Once they are available offline, there will be a download arrow on the Collection tile. To make a collection available offline while viewing it, click the three-dot menu, then slick Make available offline. If a collection is empty, you will not see the option to make it available offline. You cannot remove Collections from your device in bulk. Instead, remove individual assets from your device by opening the collection and hovering over the asset you wish to remove from your device. Click the three-dot menu, then under Other, select Remove from device. Click the three-dot menu, then under Other, select Delete. Click Delete to confirm. Deleting content from a Collection Open the Collection you want to change. Hover over the content you want to remove. Click the three dot menu, then under File Options, select Delete. Confirm when prompted. Copy a Collection Open the Collection you like to duplicate. Click the three dot menu, then select Make a copy. Give your duplicated Collection a new name, then click Make a copy. Searching for a Collection Type the name of the Collection you are searching for. Searching works on the title, not on the content inside your Collection. The results will show up automatically.
