How to log in on Showpad

See how it's done on iOS

1. When you open the Showpad app on your iOS device, you'll need to enter your Organization name. This is provided by your administrator and is not necessarily your company's name. Contact your administrator if you're unsure about your Organization name.
   
   
2. Depending on how your administrator configured Showpad, you can log in with your Showpad account, your Salesforce credentials, or Single Sign-on login. It's normal if you don't see all the following options.
   
3. In this case, we select the default Showpad account and use the email address and password the administrator provided.

See how it's done on the Windows Desktop App

To sign in on Showpad's Windows Desktop app, you'll need to know the name of your organization. You should be able to find this information in your Showpad invitation mail, or it should be provided to you by your administrator.

1. Open the Showpad Windows Desktop app.
   
2. Type your organization subdomain name in the box and click Continue.

   Note: Depending on how your admin configured the login screen, you might see a customized logo instead of the Showpad logo.

3. The Log In page will open up in your default browser. Use the login and password your administrator provided. You may also have options to log in with an SSO provider, such as Salesforce or Okta. Ask your administrator if you have questions on how those work. After logging on the first time, the app will remember your organization when you return.
