How to log in to Showpad for iOS

Confirm your email

1. Verify if your password is in the email from your administrator inviting you to Showpad.
2. If your password has not already been provided, start by tapping Confirm Your Email.
3. You'll be prompted to open Showpad in a browser. In the first field, create your password, and then type it again in the next field to confirm it. Tap Create account.
4. A confirmation message will inform you that your account information has been sent to your email. This email includes your Organization name.

Log in on iOS

1. When you open the Showpad app on your iOS device, you'll need to enter your Organization name. This is provided by your administrator and is not necessarily your company's name. Your organization’s Showpad account name should be in your invitation email.
   
2. Depending on how your administrator configured Showpad, you can log in with your Showpad account, your Salesforce credentials, or Single Sign-On login like Okta. It's normal if you don't see all the following options.
   
3. In this case, we selected Showpad and used our email address and the password that we chose or our administrator provided. Tap Log in to begin using Showpad.
