Re-issue your Course completion certificate Updated February 23, 2026 22:01 During your enablement journey, you may receive a certificate upon completing a Course. Your admin determines which Courses offer certificates. The certificate is automatically emailed to you when you pass a test or complete a survey. If you need to re-issue the certificate later, you can return to the completed Course anytime using your preferred Showpad platform and re-issue your certificate. Tap the Coaching tab, select View All next to My Courses & Paths, then toggle to Completed. To find the Course, use the Search field or select Show Only Courses and Sort by Name or Date Completed. Select the Course with the certificate you want to re-issue. This opens the Course overview. Tap the Test component. Next to the certificate, tap the share icon and select your preferred sharing app, or choose Save to Files.
