While viewing a Shared Space, click the three dot menu and select Settings. Toggle on Allow SearchAI. Tip: You can also configure this option during the initial creation flow of your Shared Space. Ask questions and get answers Both you and your buyers can quickly find specific details about the shared content in the Shared Space by asking questions in the Search AI field. Click the Search AI bar below the Shared Space header. Enter your question and press Enter or click the search icon. Note: Search AI currently searches the files and documents within the specific Shared Space. It does not search the wider Showpad content library, comments, participant lists, or Mutual Action Plan (MAP) milestones. To cancel the request, click Stop. Review the AI-generated answer. The files used to generate the answer are listed in the Sources section. Click any of the cited documents to open the source file and view the exact context.To manage a source file, click its three dot menu. From there, you can update its info, get a link, move it to a folder, copy it to other Shared Spaces, download it, or remove it. Related questions are available under Ask a follow-up. Click a suggested question to get more answers from the Shared Space. Files related to your question that you may find helpful are listed under the Recommended files section. Click any to open them and dive deeper into your topic. Let Showpad know how helpful the answer is by clicking either the thumbs-up or thumbs-down icons.
