Interact with buyers in Shared Spaces Updated October 10, 2024 12:47 One of the most interactive features of Shared Spaces is the ability to communicate with participants using commenting functionality. Sales reps and external participants can start conversations, ask and answer questions or provide updates at a Shared Space or specific Shared Space asset level. If you've allowed it in your settings, as a sales user, you will receive notifications for new comments to keep up with the conversation in real time. This includes notifications via email, as well as other tools your organization uses, such as Slack and Gong. Prospects and buyers will receive email notifications for relevant actions, such as when new assets are added, new people are invited, or a new comment is posted. Both internal Showpad users and external Shared Space participants can update their notifications and reminders for a Shared Space. See how to configure Shared Space notifications here.
