    View Shared Space activity and engagement insights

    With a Shared Space, you can collaborate with colleagues and customers to foster a successful deal or customer relationship. To ensure informed decision-making, it's essential to monitor participant engagement and activity closely. You'll find a quick overview of participant engagement for each Shared Space from both the Shared Spaces overview page and within your Shared Spaces. You can explore detailed insights on participant and content engagement, making it easy to understand and optimize your buyer's experience.

    See how it's done on the Web App

    1. Navigate to Shared Spaces by hovering over the Shares tab and selecting Shared Spaces.WA-Shared_Spaces.png
    2. Click the three dot menu on a Shared Space and select Engagement Insights.WA-WDA_Shared_Spaces_Engagement_Insights.png
    3. You can also find engagement insights from within the Shared Space. Click the three dot menu and select Engagement Insights.WA-Space_Engagement_Insights.png
    4. The Insights tab summarizes participant involvement over the last 90 days.
      • The featured metrics at the top show the number of active participants, total participants and pending invites (if any), and days since the last external participant visited the Shared Space.WA-WDA_Insights.png
      • Scroll down to see how engaged the external and internal participants have been. You’ll see their user name, the number of content views and comments, and the date of their last visit.WA-WDA_How_engaged.png
      • Lastly, scroll down to discover how buyers engage with the Shared Space content. For each file, see how many times and for how long it was viewed. Also, see who has viewed the file the most, how many comments it has, and when it was last viewed.WA-WDA_content_perform.png
    5. Click the Activities tab to see a timeline of all activities within the Shared Space. Here, you can keep track of Mutual Action Plan activities, comments, invites, and document-related updates. Above the timeline is a quick summary of the Shared Space, including total visits, comments, and documents.WA-WDA_Activity.png
    6. To view the activity of a single participant, click All Participants and select the participant from the list.WA-WDA_Participants.png
