What is Showpad? Updated July 12, 2024 09:08 Showpad is a sales enablement platform your organization uses for content distribution, coaching, buyer interaction, and analytics. Our enablement Operating System (eOS®) helps make data-driven decisions for sales and marketing departments, increasing sales effectiveness. How you interact with Showpad depends on your Showpad role. You may be an admin who prepares sellers with the up-to-date content they need. Perhaps you’re a manager who guides sellers to be more effective by encouraging progress on learning Paths and Courses. If you have Promoted Member permissions, you might examine the analytics that Showpad collects throughout the seller-buyer journey. You could also be a Showpad app user who thrives on engaging buyers in a Shared Space. There are four primary use cases for Showpad: Sales content management Seller effectiveness Buyer engagement Analytics and insights Meet Showpad Ways to use Showpad Sales content management Admins and selected Promoted Members use the Online Platform to provide content to sellers and managers. The Online Platform is accessed with a web browser. Admins upload, update, and distribute marketing files. This content can be easily organized and filtered by various values, including Divisions, locale, and tags. Admins distribute the content to sellers by displaying it in Experiences, Pages, and Homepages on the user’s device. Seller effectiveness Admins and selected Promoted Members use the Online Platform to create and assign learning Paths and training Courses to onboard and enrich their sellers’ knowledge. Managers engage with their team in the My Team hub on Showpad via a web browser or the Windows Desktop app. Here, they can track assignments, review pitches with PitchIQ, and assess competencies. Users grow their sales proficiency by learning from Courses and Paths and practicing with PitchIQ in the Coaching tab on the Showpad app. Buyer engagement Sellers use Showpad to have a tailored, interactive experience with buyers. Showpad can be accessed on iOS, Android, the Windows Desktop app (WDA), or a web browser. Users can download content onto a mobile app or WDA to present marketing content while offline in the field with prospects. Users can find marketing content via Showpad, a connected Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool, or email add-ons and easily share it with buyers. When you share content from Showpad, the buyer views the files in a branded environment, and their engagement insights are recorded. With Showpad’s Shared Spaces, sellers and buyers can collaborate and co-create the buyer journey. Anyone in the Shared Space can upload content, comment, and share a Mutual Action Plan with a feature called Next Steps. Sellers can access Shared Spaces in Showpad on iOS, WDA, or a web browser. Buyers visit and interact with the Shared Space through a web browser on their mobile device or desktop environment. Analytics and insights Admins and Promoted Members use the Online Platform to view robust reports and question-based analytics on the data Showpad collects throughout the seller-buyer journey. With detailed sorting and filtering options, they can use these insights to create better content strategies, more relevant content, targeted coaching, and tailored engagements. Users can view engagement insights of the content they share. On the Emails & Links page of the Shares tab in the Showpad app, they can see detailed information about recipient activity for each shared item. Sellers can tailor their interactions with prospects using this engagement knowledge.
