Create a value model from scratch Updated October 07, 2026 07:00 Use the From Scratch option when you know the model structure and want to configure every discovery item, input, and formula yourself. It gives you full control but requires more prep work than AI-assisted methods. Have approved inputs, formulas, and discovery items ready before you start. If you want AI to generate the initial structure instead, use ValueWizard, ValueStudio, or From Spreadsheet. You can open any value model in ValueStudio at any time to refine its structure through a guided AI conversation, so starting from scratch doesn't lock you out of AI assistance later.
