    This article provides a complete list of the data fields and filters available for Course and Path Completion reports and charts. Use it as a reference while building, editing, or reviewing reports and charts in the Report or Dashboard Builder.

    Course and Path Completion data fields and filters

    This dataset combines Path, Course, section, and lesson item data, including SCORM completion status and scores, so you can build one report instead of stitching together data from multiple sources.

    Dimensions

    Dimensions are descriptive fields that identify or characterize what you are looking at, such as Course Title and Lesson Item Asset Type. Typically text, numeric, or time-based. They appear as counts when selected from the Measures menu.

    Assignment Date

    Resolved assignment date. Uses 'Course Assigned Date', falling back to 'Path Assigned Date'.

    Course Assigned Date

    Date the Course was assigned to the user.

    Course Completed Date

    Date the user completed the Course. Empty if not yet completed.

    Due date set on the Course assignment.

    Is Course Assigned Whether the Course is assigned to the user.
    Is Course Completed Whether the user has completed the Course. Repeated on every row for the Course. Counts completed Courses with the Courses Completed measure.
    Is Course Individually Assigned Whether the Course is assigned to the user individually.
    Is Course Published Whether the Course has ever been published.
    Is Course Required Whether the Course assignment is required.
    Is Course Started Whether the user has started the Course.
    Course UUID Public Universally Unique Identifier (UUID) of the Course.
    Course Published Date

    Date the Course was published.

    Select the dimension label for the full date and time, or select a date interval:

    • Year
    • Quarter
    • Month
    • Week
    • Day
    Course Position in Path Position of this Course within its Path, starting at 1. Useful for ordering Courses when displaying a Path breakdown.
    Course Started Date

    Date the user started the Course.

    Select the dimension label for the full date and time, or select a date interval:

    • Year
    • Quarter
    • Month
    • Week
    • Day
    Course Status Publication status of the Course (e.g., published, draft).
    Course Title Title of the Course.
    Course User Group Key Identifier of the user group through which the Course is assigned.
    Direct Manager Email Email address of the user's direct manager.
    Direct Manager Name Full name of the user's direct manager. Use to filter the report to a specific manager's team.
    Direct Manager User ID Identifier of the user's direct manager.
    Divisions Names of the Divisions the user belongs to.
    Is Assigned Resolved assignment status. True if ‘Course Assigned Date’ is set. If there's no Course, true if ‘Path Assigned Date’ is set. Task and Live Training rows don't sit under a Course, so they use ‘Path Assigned Date’ directly.
    Is Completed Resolved completion status. True if ‘Course Completed Date’ is set. If there's no Course, true if ‘Path Completed Date’ is set. Use ‘Is Item Completed’ for completion of the leaf item itself.
    Is Published Resolved publication status. True if ‘Course Published Date’ is set. If there's no Course, true if ‘Path Published Date’ is set.
    Is Started Resolved start status. True if ‘Course Started Date’ is set. If there's no Course, true if ‘Path Started Date’ is set. Task and Live Training rows don't sit under a Course, so they use ‘Path Started Date’ directly.
    Item Completed Date

    Date the user completed this item. Empty if not yet completed.

    Select the dimension label for the full date and time, or select a date interval:

    Is Item Completed Whether the user has completed the item. True if ‘Item Completed Date’ date is set.
    Item Name Name of the Coach item (lesson item title, PitchIQ title, task title, or Live Training title). Empty for Test and Survey items, which have no title in the source.
    Item Score Score achieved on the item (0-100). Populated for SCORM lesson items, tests, and PitchIQ recordings. Empty for surveys, tasks, and live trainings.
    Item Type Type of the Coach item: Lesson Item (including SCORM), Test, Survey, PitchIQ, Task, or Live Training.
    Lesson Completed Date

    Date the user completed the lesson. Only populated for Lesson Item rows.

    Select the dimension label for the full date and time, or select a date interval:

    Lesson Item Asset Key Identifier of the lesson item asset.
    Lesson Item Asset Type Asset type of the lesson item (e.g., SCORM, document, video). Use this to filter specifically to SCORM items.
    Lesson Item UUID Public Universally Unique Identifier (UUID) of the lesson item.
    Lesson Item Position Position of the lesson item within its lesson, starting at 1.
    Lesson UUID Public Universally Unique Identifier (UUID) of the lesson.
    Lesson Position Position of the lesson within its section, starting at 1.
    Lesson Title Title of the lesson within the section. Only populated for Lesson Item rows.
    Is Live Training Individually Assigned Whether the Live Training is individually assigned to the user.
    Is Live Training Required Whether the Live Training assignment is required.
    Live Training UUID Public Universally Unique Identifier (UUID) of the Live Training.
    Live Training Position in Path Position of the Live Training within its Path, starting at 1.
    Live Training User Group Key Identifier of the user group through which the Live Training is assigned.
    Path Assigned Date

    Date the Path was assigned to the user.

    Select the dimension label for the full date and time, or select a date interval:

    • Year

    Path Completed Date

    Date the user completed the Path. Empty if not yet completed.

    Path Due Date

    Due date set on the Path assignment.

    Is Path Assigned Whether the Path is assigned to the user.
    Is Path Completed Whether the user has completed the Path. This value repeats on every leaf-item row under the Path. Use the ‘Paths Completed’ measure to count distinct completed Paths.
    Is Path Published Whether the Path has ever been published.
    Is Path Required Whether the Path assignment is required.
    Is Path Started Whether the user has started the Path, meaning they started at least one Course inside it.
    Path Name Title of the Path the user is enrolled in. Empty for directly assigned Courses, tasks, or Live Trainings that are not part of a Path.
    Path UUID Public Universally Unique Identifier (UUID) of the Path.
    Path Published Date

    Date the Path was published.

    Select the dimension label for the full date and time, or select a date interval:

    Path Started Date

    Date the user started the Path: the earliest ‘Course Started Date’ among the Courses in the Path. Empty if no Course in the Path has been started.

    Path Status Publication status of the Path (e.g., published, draft). Empty for directly-assigned Courses.
    Path User Group Key Identifier of the user group through which the Path is assigned.
    PitchIQ UUID Public Universally Unique Identifier (UUID) of the PitchIQ activity.
    Section Completed Date

    Date the user completed the section. Only populated for Lesson Item rows.

    Select the dimension label for the full date and time, or select a date interval:

    • Year
    • Quarter
    • Month
    • Week
    • Day
    Section UUID Public Universally Unique Identifier (UUID) of the section.
    Section Position Position of the section within its Course, starting at 1. Only populated for Lesson Item rows.
    Section Title Title of the section within the Course. Only populated for Lesson Item rows.
    Survey UUID Public Universally Unique Identifier (UUID) of the survey.
    Is Task Individually Assigned Whether the task is assigned to the user individually.
    Task UUID Public Universally Unique Identifier (UUID) of the task.
    Task Position in Path Position of the task within its path, starting at 1.
    Task User Group Key Identifier of the user group through which the task is assigned.
    Test UUID Public Universally Unique Identifier (UUID) of the test.
    User Email Email address of the user.
    Full Name Full name of the user.
    User ID Unique ID of the user.
    User Groups Names of the user groups that the user belongs to. Use for filtering by team or department.

    Measures

    Measures are numerical values calculated across your data, such as Courses completed or Average item score.

    Measure Description
    Average Item Score Average score achieved on items (0-100). Averages across SCORM lesson items, tests, and PitchIQ recordings. Items without a score are ignored.
    Courses Completed Number of distinct Courses the user has fully completed.
    Items Completed Number of items completed by the user. Each item (lesson item, test, task, etc.) counts once.
    Paths Completed Number of distinct Paths the user has fully completed.

    Then select one or more Course titles from the drop-down list.
    Course User Group Key

    Choose to include (match ANY) or exclude (match NONE) selected user group keys.

    Then select one or more user group keys from the drop-down list.
    Course UUID

    Choose to include (match ANY) or exclude (match NONE) selected Course UUIDs.

    Then select one or more Course UUIDs from the drop-down list.
    Direct Manager

    Choose to include (match ANY) or exclude (match NONE) selected direct managers.

    Then select one or more direct managers from the drop-down list.
    Direct Manager Email

    Choose to include (match ANY) or exclude (match NONE) selected direct manager email addresses.

    Then select one or more direct manager email addresses from the drop-down list.
    Direct Manager User ID

    Choose to include (match ANY) or exclude (match NONE) selected direct manager user IDs.

    Then select one or more direct manager user IDs from the drop-down list.
    Division Names

    Choose to include (match ANY) or exclude (match NONE) selected Divisions.

    Then select one or more Divisions from the drop-down list.
    Is Assigned

    Choose to include (match ANY) or exclude (match NONE) the selected value.

    Select either:

    • True to view rows where the user has been assigned the Course, or the Path if there's no Course.
    • False to view items not yet assigned.
    Is Completed

    Choose to include (match ANY) or exclude (match NONE) the selected value.

    Select either:

    • True to view rows where the user has completed the Course, or the Path if there's no Course.
    • False to view rows not yet completed.
    Is Course Assigned

    Choose to include (match ANY) or exclude (match NONE) the selected value.

    Select either:

    • True to view Courses assigned to the user.
    • False to view Courses not yet assigned to the user.
    Is Course Completed

    Choose to include (match ANY) or exclude (match NONE) the selected value.

    Select either:

    • True to view Courses the user has completed.
    • False to view Courses the user has not completed.
    Is Course Individually Assigned

    Choose to include (match ANY) or exclude (match NONE) the selected value.
