Use Showpad content with a Copilot Studio agent

Once your administrator has deployed a Showpad-connected agent in Microsoft Copilot Studio, you can use it to search and retrieve Showpad content directly from Microsoft 365 Copilot. The agent only surfaces content you have permission to see in Showpad.

The quick way

1. Open the Showpad agent in Microsoft 365 Copilot

2. Sign in with your Showpad account when prompted

3. Ask the agent to find or summarize Showpad content

Do this step by step

1. Open Microsoft 365 Copilot.
2. Navigate to the Showpad agent deployed by your administrator.
3. The first time you use the agent, you will be prompted to sign in. Click Connect and sign in with your Showpad credentials.
4. Once signed in, type your request in the chat.
5. The agent searches Showpad and returns results based on your query. You can ask follow-up questions to refine the results.

Note: The agent only returns content you have permission to access in Showpad. If you cannot find expected content, contact your Showpad administrator.
