User data fields and filtersThis dataset provides a comprehensive view of individual user activity and account details over a specified timeframe. It shows engagement metrics like asset views, shares, and sessions alongside account attributes like role, license type, and status. With a Salesforce integration, you can also view impact metrics to see how Showpad usage contributes to seller performance. Dimensions Measures KPIs Filters Users - Dimensions Dimensions are descriptive fields that identify or characterize what you are looking at, such as Full Name, User Group Names, or Number of users in a group. Typically text, numeric, or time-based. They appear as counts when selected from the Measures menu. Dimension Description Activity Started At Date when the user activity event started. Select a date interval: Year Quarter Month Week Day App Category Category of the application used for the activity, such as Mobile, Plugin, Shared Space, Showpad Content Viewer, or Web. User Company Name of the company the user works for. User Countries Countries where the user operates. Direct Manager Name of the user's direct manager. Division Names Divisions to which the user is assigned. External User ID User ID assigned by an external provisioning source (if applicable). Has Direct Manager Role Whether the user is a direct manager (Yes) or an individual contributor (No). License Type License type assigned to the user. Possible values: direct, partner, or view-only. Managers Managers of the user's user groups. Closed Won Revenue Currency The standardized currency used to report the revenue of the seller’s closed-won deals. This reflects your organization's Salesforce corporate currency (e.g., USD). Any deals closed in other local currencies are automatically converted into this corporate currency for reporting purposes. Share Origin The app, browser, or plug-in from which the user shared content. User Created Date The date the user was added to Showpad. Select a date interval: Year Quarter Month Week Day User Email Email address of the user. Full Name Full name of the user. Showpad User ID Unique ID of the user. User Last Login Date The most recent date this user logged in to Showpad. Average Deal Length The average number of days to close an opportunity. Excludes same-day deals. Deals opened and closed on the same day are excluded (treated as zero) Pulls all opportunities where the user is the owner. Closed Won Revenue The total revenue from the seller's won opportunities, converted into your organization's Salesforce corporate currency. Sum of opportunity amounts, counting only won deals. All amounts are converted to the Salesforce corporate currency based on your organization's configured exchange rates. Pulls all opportunities where that user is the owner. Collections Active Number of active Collections owned by the user. If a Collection was active at any point during the timeframe, it's counted as active. Active period runs from creation date until the day before deletion. Current Collections that haven't been deleted remain active through today. Collections Created Number of Collections created by the user. Calculated using the Collection creation date. Courses Completed Number of assigned Courses completed by the user. Only current completion date. Courses Overdue Number of assigned Courses past their due date. Only required Courses are included. If not completed before the due date, the overdue date is set. Overdue date is either the due date or the assigned date (if assigned after the due date, the Course is already overdue when assigned). A Course can be marked overdue even if completed afterward. Asset Views Average number of times managed users viewed any asset within the Showpad app. All top-level asset views (excluding document page views) by internal users across the platform. A user is considered internal when viewing Shared Spaces or Shares if they have an internal email address. Note: New reporting tracks viewer emails, so view counts may appear higher than before. Collections Active Average number of active Collections owned by managed users. If a Collection was active at any point during the timeframe, it's counted as active. Active period runs from creation date until the day before deletion. Current Collections that haven't been deleted remain active through today. Collections Created Average number of Collections created by managed users. Calculated using the Collection creation date. Courses Completed Average number of assigned Courses completed by managed users. Only current completion date. Courses Overdue Average number of overdue Courses assigned to managed users. Only required Courses are included. If not completed before the due date, the overdue date is set. Overdue date is either the due date or the assigned date (if assigned after the due date, the Course is already overdue when assigned). A Course can be marked overdue even if completed afterward. Deleted and unpublished Courses are not included. Note: Old reporting used more complex logic, so the count may differ from before. Days Active Average number of calendar days managed users actively used the Showpad app. A day is active if a user opens or interacts with any Showpad platform (mobile or web). Files Edited Average number of assets edited by managed users. Count of assets (not individual changes) edited by a user via Office Online, Edit App, or Google Docs/Slides. Personal Files Average number of assets managed users uploaded to My Files. Considers the initial upload date, not replacement versions. Sessions Average number of times managed users opened and used the Showpad app. Count is per user per device. Considers app events. If a user-device doesn't log an event for 30 minutes, the user is considered inactive, and a new session starts with the next event. Note: This is a new windowed session count. Older reports only counted the total number of sessions. If a user opened the app 20 times in a minute or frequently switched tabs, each action counted as a session. So, the new windowed session count may be lower than in older reports. Shared Spaces Created Average number of Shared Spaces created by managed users. Based on the creation date of the Shared Space. Showpad Videos Created Average number of Showpad Videos created by managed users. User-created videos. Considered assets, but they are the user’s personal files. Different from marketing videos uploaded by admins. Showpad Videos Shared Average number of Showpad Videos shared by managed users. Count of unique times one or more Showpad Videos have been shared via email or link with one or more recipients. Note: Old reporting counted individual recipients, so the count may differ from before. Test Score Average Average test score across all managed users. Considers all submitted test attempts with scores. If a test has multiple attempts, only the last one is considered. Users Number of users managed by the direct manager. Counts all non-deleted users. Counts only direct reports. Division Names Choose to include (match ANY) or exclude (match NONE) selected Divisions. Then select one or more Divisions from the drop-down list. User Group Names Choose to include (match ANY) or exclude (match NONE) the selected user group names. Then select one or more user group names from the drop-down list. Reporting To Choose whether to include (match ANY) or exclude (match NONE) direct managers based on who they report to. Then select one or more direct managers from the drop-down list. Share Origin Choose to include (match ANY) or exclude (match NONE) selected apps, browsers, and plug-ins. Then select one or more from the drop-down list. User Reporting Level Choose whether to include (match ANY) or exclude (match NONE) user data based on their reporting relationship to the direct manager. Then select one or more values from the drop-down list: Direct: Only show data for users who report to the direct manager. (Direct reports) Indirect: Only show data for users managed by a direct report.
