Analytics Export App

The Analytics Export app empowers admins to extract Showpad data for deeper sales and marketing insights. With the ability to download any Content Reporting table as an Excel or CSV file, you can seamlessly integrate Showpad data into your preferred Business Intelligence (BI) tools—streamlining analysis and driving better business outcomes.

Note: This app is assigned by default to all organizations with Showpad Apps enabled.

The quick way

1. Select tables
2. Specify parameters
3. Export data 

Do this step by step

1. Log into Showpad as an administrator.
2. Click the gear icon to open Settings.
3. In the Showpad Apps section, select Analytics Export.
4. The Content Reporting tables are displayed. From here, you can select your export options.
   • All tables - Select the Table checkbox.
   • Specific tables - Select the checkboxes for the individual tables to export.
   • To specify parameters to retrieve specific events, click the plus sign next to Events.
5. Click the Export to Excel or Export to CSV button. Your file will download automatically.
