Showpad support for Salesforce Experience Cloud

Salesforce Experience Cloud users can benefit from the Showpad/Salesforce integration. You can also restrict their access so they only see the information they need, preventing them from viewing everything your employees can access in Salesforce.

Showpad integrates with Salesforce Experience Cloud, allowing users to view the same opportunities and accounts. They also get the expected logging features, all within the Salesforce Experience Cloud.

With Showpad's support for Salesforce Experience Cloud, users can easily log Shares from Showpad and view them in the Experience Cloud instance.

1. Sync your Showpad activities to the Salesforce Activity History

• Integrate Showpad activities in Salesforce Experience Cloud
• Enable auto-provisioning to automatically create Showpad users (optional) 

2. Setup and use the Showpad for Salesforce app to share and view Showpad content in Salesforce.

• Install the Showpad app from the AppExchange 
• Activate Content Recommendations  
• Set up the Showpad Web Tab in Salesforce Experience Cloud
