Using the admin user, open the Web App, Admin Settings, and follow the instructions. Do this step by step Showpad In the Admin App, click the gear icon to open settings. Go to the Showpad Apps section from the left menu, and select Salesloft Rhythm. In the Showpad Apps section on the left, select Manage Apps. Click Install App. Select the Salesloft Rhythm Integration app and enable automatic updates by checking the box. Click Install. The Salesloft Rhythm Integration is now added to the Showpad Apps menu, and its details page is displayed. Disable the checkbox if you don’t want automatic updates. If you want to remove the integration, click the Uninstall App button in the upper right corner, and confirm by clicking Uninstall. Otherwise, open the Salesloft Rhythm tab from within the Showpad Apps menu to authorize the Salesloft Rhythm integration. Note: This will open the Salesloft login page in a new browser tab to authorize the integration from within Salesloft. Once authorized in Salesloft, you'll be returned to Showpad. Salesloft In Salesloft, Authorize the Showpad integration. The integration is now set up in Showpad. From your profile menu, select Settings. Click on Plays in the Workflow menu and enable Showpad Content Viewed toggle. Click the three dot menu and select Edit to configure the automatic task settings. Action - Specify the type of task to generate when a Showpad email share is viewed. Due date - Define the task's due date: You're done! When a Showpad email share is viewed, Salesloft will: Display the activity on the Salesloft Live Feed if the used recipient email address exists as a prospect in Salesloft. Automatically generate tasks in the Rhythm Workflow.Clicking on a task opens the contact's details. Note: Showpad will retry sending the email share activity to Salesloft up to three times. If an email share view is not correctly shown on the Salesloft Live Feed (while other activities are correctly shown), you should contact Salesloft support.
