Update content on your device Updated November 06, 2024 07:00 Updating the content on your device is crucial to having high-quality and meaningful sales conversations. It's important to have the latest, updated files available on your device. We don't update your content automatically because we don't want your content to suddenly update during a presentation or another inopportune time. At Showpad, we want to make sure that you are in control of your content in the app. Choose your success platform iOS Android Windows Desktop See how it works on iOS See how it's done on iOS You can update your content from the main screen in the app: If you're working in the Showpad app and your administrator updates the content in your current session, you will see a notification when new or updated content is available. Click the icon of two rotating arrows to update your content. The new or updated content will be downloaded instantly. At any time, you can cancel the download if you're, for example, working on a bad wireless connection and want to resume the download later when conditions are better. You'll be notified when all content is successfully downloaded and up to date. If content changes are detected, it will automatically display an icon that new content is available. It is possible content changes happened within that hour. We recommend doing a manual refresh to ensure you are up to date. When new content or Experiences have been added to your Showpad account, it will be indicated by a dot on the refresh icon. When you click the icon, you can manually push a content update on your device. When there is no dot on the refresh icon, your content is all up to date.
