Connect Showpad Value Factory to HubSpot Updated October 07, 2026 07:00 The HubSpot integration sends value model data to HubSpot CRM when a lead completes a value model. Configure it per value model so you can use different HubSpot connections or field mappings for each model. Before you start, confirm with your HubSpot administrator that you have the correct HubSpot property names for mapping and that they can create a test contact to validate the setup. Note: During setup, HubSpot may display a warning that this app is unverified. Contact your Showpad Value Factory customer success team if you have questions about this step. In the Value Model Integrations section, select + Integration and choose the value model you want to connect. The Integrations Configuration page opens with five tabs. Work through each tab in order. General The General tab controls the integration name and whether the integration is active. In Integration Name, review or update the name used to identify this integration. Leave Integration Active toggled off while you configure the remaining tabs. Turn it on when you are ready to go live. Click Create Integration. Field Mapping The Field Mapping tab maps value model result fields to HubSpot contact properties. When a lead completes the value model, the integration matches the lead by email address, updates the contact if found, or creates a new one if not. These mappings determine which properties are written to that record, so a repeat submission can update the same contact. Confirm Send field mappings is turned on. When off, mapped fields are not sent to HubSpot. In the Add Field modal, choose a value model field from the Field dropdown, then enter the corresponding HubSpot internal property name in the HubSpot Field box. Click Save. Map only the fields you plan to actively use. You can add or update mappings at any time. Default Fields The Default Fields tab lets you set fixed property values that are applied to every HubSpot contact record created or updated by this value model. Use this to stamp submissions with values like lead source or model identifier. Confirm that Send default fields is turned on. When off, default fields are not sent to HubSpot. In the Default Fields form, select + Add field. Enter the HubSpot internal property name in the Field textbox, then enter the value to apply in the HubSpot Field box. Click Save. Note Integration The Note Integration tab controls whether a note is added to the contact's HubSpot timeline each time a lead is submitted. Turn on Append timeline note to enable this feature. When off, it doesn't add notes. In Note Template, build the note content using the rich text editor. Type { to insert a dynamic field. Choose from Value Model, Formula, and Assessment values. Click Save. Integration Test The Integration Test tab lets you verify the integration works before activating it. Select Integration Test. The test syncs a dummy lead into your HubSpot CRM. Open the test contact in HubSpot and confirm the field values are correct. Delete the test contact from HubSpot when you finish reviewing. Return to the General tab and turn on Integration Active.
