Do this step by step Sign in to Value Factory (value.showpad.com), open Settings, and select Branding. In the Color Palette section, set the colors shown on reports and all lead-facing assets: Branding Colors: Primary Color: Headline banner and button color Secondary Color: Accent color Text Colors: Primary Text Color: Text against primary background Secondary Text Color: Text against secondary background Body Text Color: Text against body background Note: All color values must be in valid hex format (#RGB or #RRGGBB). The color palette also applies to shared calculator links. In the Typography section, select a Primary Font and a Secondary Font. Review both in the preview. Confirm that each font contains the characters needed for your report language. If a selected font doesn't include a character for a particular language, a fallback font may appear. In the Organization Logo section, upload your approved JPEG or PNG file. Check the preview for clarity and spacing. In the Emails section, enable Apply your company's branding to invitation emails to use your organization's colors and logo in collaboration invitation emails; otherwise, default branding is used. Click Save Changes. Back to top Troubleshooting Issue Solution A color can't be saved. Enter a valid hex value beginning with #, in #RGB or #RRGGBB format. A font doesn't appear as expected. Confirm the font supports the report language and test in another browser. An uploaded logo is unclear. Use a higher-quality JPEG or PNG with suitable whitespace. A report section keeps a different color. Inspect the template for manually applied styles or custom HTML overriding the branding settings. Related articles Add and manage users and roles
