Configure your organization profile

The Organization settings page sets the context that Showpad Value Factory uses to build and refine value models. Set up your organization profile and target customer profile before using any AI-assisted features.

The quick way

1. Sign in to Value Factory, open Settings, and select Organization.
2. Enter your company details and target customer profile.
3. Select Save.

Do this step by step

1. Sign in to Value Factory (value.showpad.com), open Settings, and select Organization.
2. Enter your company details:
   • Company Name
   • Website/Domain
   • Industry
   • Company Size
3. The Target Customer Profile describes who your value models are built for and is used by AI-assisted features when generating value model content. Enter details about who you are building value models for:
   • Target Company Name: The customer or prospect name
   • Target Industry: The customer's industry
   • Customer Size/Scale: e.g., number of customers, ARR
   • Key Stakeholders: e.g., CRO, Customer Success Director
4. Click Save.
