Some details may differ from this article as updates roll out.Roleplays are designed to help you reinforce what you learn and make it stick. By engaging in frequent, contextual practice, you improve retention and message consistency, building real-world conversation skills and confidence. The Virtual Coach supports this growth by analyzing your performance and providing objective feedback, ensuring you are fully prepared for every customer interaction.After you submit a Roleplay, the Virtual Coach analyzes your performance to provide objective feedback. Reviewing your scores and transcripts helps you identify strengths and areas for improvement, so you can sharpen your skills for real-world interactions.See how it looksKey featuresView a calculated average score based on your submitted takesRead detailed feedback on specific scoring categoriesListen to your recording and review the transcriptSubmit new takes to improve your scoreYou need this to succeedThe Showpad Web AppA submitted Roleplay assignmentThe quick wayNavigate to the Coaching tab and select My Roleplays.Select a Roleplay with a score in the Avg Score column.Read the feedback and listen to your recording.Select New response if you wish to try again.Do this step by stepAccess your reviewQuickly locate your completed submissions to see your results as soon as they are ready.After submitting a Roleplay take, you will return to the My Roleplays dashboard. It may take a few minutes for the Virtual Coach to generate your review.When the review is ready, a score will appear in the Avg Score column for that Roleplay.Select the Roleplay title to view the full details.Analyze your feedbackDetailed written feedback alongside your performance score pinpoints exactly where you excel and where you can improve.To review your submission, select the play icon to hear your conversation or read the transcript below the player.On the right, you will see your average reviewer score. This combines scores from all your submitted takes for this Roleplay.Below the score, review the feedback for your most recent submission.Learn from the general feedback on your conversation.Each category includes specific feedback along with a score.Hover over the information icon next to a category to see the criteria used for grading.Submit a new takeApply the feedback you received to a new attempt to refine your skills and boost your score.Click New response on the review page.Click New take on the overview page to start practicing a new Roleplay scenario.Review the new take and click Submit when ready.To compare different submissions, select the Submission drop-down menu on the review page to toggle between them.Click Dashboard when you are done to return to your list of Roleplays.
