    Hello Lien,

    Great question!

While assigning users to the course, click "Add group assignments," search and select all applicable user groups. Click "Add groups" and navigate to the "Users" tab. Here you can manually un-assign the course to specific users.

I hope this solves your problem.

    Hi,

thanks, that helped a bit. However, these groups contain easily between - members, so it is a lot of manual work to remove users one by one. What would help is displaying the column 'role' to distinguish between admins, managers and users, then select all admins and managesr in one-go (by sorting on that role) and unassign from the course. Or do you see another option?

I tend to start creating smaller groups, that would contain only the 'users' for the main group as alternative for the above workaround, but that is just bypassing the lack of sorting methods. (and downside is that we end up with lots of group variations because I cannot exclude certain roles within the group). Ideally it would look like:

"assign to group XXX AND IF role = user"

    for example.

    Hello Lien,

I understand it's a lot of manual work to remove users one by one.

Hence, I’ve passed your suggestion to our Product team for consideration.

Thank you for your interest! It helps us improve our product.

    Best regards,
    Klaudia
