Create a Showpad Super User Program to Drive Adoption! Permanently deleted user 7 août 2018 04:12 We recommend developing a Super-User or Champion program as a bottom-up approach to increase adoption. This can be achieved by leveraging influencers, top performers and early adopters of Showpad to help drive further engagement across the organization. Before developing a Super User program from scratch, we recommend checking with your CRM Administrator and Sales leaders to see if a similar program already exists for another sales tool. If so, Showpad could be incorporated into this program. If your organization does not have a Super User program already established, you can find four key steps below to developing a program. If a Super User program is already established, skip to the section on Responsibilities. Identify 1-2 sales individual(s) from each region or product line that have influence over the rest of the team – these may be top performers, leaders on the team or just individuals that the other reps look up to. Ideally, this individual will have adopted Showpad, but this is not necessary. For identifying the right individuals, we often suggest asking the Sales managers for nominees as they may have a better sense of who would thrive in this position. Clearly outline the Showpad Champion responsibilities (more on this below) Provide a forum for communicating with Super Users about new features, campaigns and for Super Users to communicate with each other to best practices and share success stories. This could be a group for Super Users on an internal chat tool such as Slack or Chatter or Google Hangouts, an email distribution list, or a Showpad Shared Space if you have the Plus or Ultimate Showpad license package. Recognize and reward Showpad Champions. Recognition can come in many forms such as fulfilling a leadership objective, company schwag, or an award at the National Sales . We summed up the Showpad Champion responsibilities by using the following acronym, SAC: Share, Advocate and Coach. Share: Super Users are responsible for sharing best practices with users, as well as giving feedback to admins on content and technology improvements. Advocate: Super Users are responsible for encouraging their teams to consistently use Showpad and advocate its value. Coach: Super Users are responsible for informing their teams and coaching them on new features, as well as demonstrating their value. Some organizations go the route of having a formal pledge that Super Users sign that outlines the responsibilities of a Super User program. Once you have a Super User program developed, it is time to execute. We recommend hosting a Welcome and Overview call to thank the Super Users, explain why they were chosen, their responsibilities and time expectations as Showpad Super Users. Following the welcome call and overview, consider hosting Quarterly calls during which the Showpad Admin shares and trains the Super Users on any new features/functionality that has been introduced to the Platform and facilitates a conversation around how to best train their teams. Feel free to get creative with your Super User program and adapt it to what works well for your organization! A successful Super User program will help increase adoption from the bottom-up without having to only rely on a top-down approach. 3
