My Files You might have a piece of content that always works well with customers, and that’s why we included the option to upload your own personal content to an area called “My Files”. You are in full control and can structure files and folders as you want. (This feature is activated by your administrator, so if you don't see this channel, you know who to befriend!) Don’t want to send an automated Share email because it tends to land in Spam? No problem! Either talk to your admin to leverage sending domains (which means your email address is being used when sending emails, which needs to be set up through your admin with IT) or generate a link that you can implement into your own personal email.
