    Hi Ron and Mary,

    Showpad has improved the process for modifying user information. A confirmation email is no longer sent to users when you edit their email address. When you change a user's email address, it automatically updates without confirmation.

    Hi Ron,

    Thanks for your question! If you modify the email address of a user after creation, a confirmation email is indeed sent to their original email address. Since they can't access that email address, please reach out to our support team, who can help you get the address changed!
