    Thanks for raising this!

    Content updates involve parsing and processing that cannot be executed in the background due to iOS restrictions. However, we have implemented measures to prevent the device from going to sleep during a content update to ensure a smooth process. Therefore, it's unexpected that the screen turns off during a content update.

    I will escalate this case to our Support team. They will investigate the issue and contact you for any additional information required.

    In the meantime, if you require a temporary workaround, you can disable auto-lock in your device settings. This will prevent the device from sleeping for all applications.
