    Hey Stijn,

Thanks for asking your question in the Showpad Community. This way we can share knowledge with fellow Showpad enthusiasts! 😎

I believe you’ll find your answer in this article:

    https://help.showpad.com/hc/en-us/articles/360017267739#:~:text=You%20can%20also%20download%20a%20sample%20file%20template%20to%20use%20as%20a%20reference%20here.%C2%A0

When adding a Test or a Survey to a course you can choose to upload a .CSV file by clicking three dots in the Test or Survey header and selecting Upload . CSV.
The upload screen gives you the option to download a sample file template to use as a reference.
Here’s the link for that .CSV.
I’d suggest creating a course and playing around with the .CSV file to test it out.

I hope this answers your question, and in case you'd have any further questions, feel free to contact our Support team by clicking the Help button below.

    Have a great day!

    Hi Yves,

I know this template, still thanks for sharing this again.

However, this template is too complex for people who have no experience with Showpad. Therefore, I am looking for a template that is much more intuitive and even my grandparents can understand and fill in. ;)

    Gotcha! 🙂
I've informed your Customer Succes Manager, to take a closer look into the matter.

    Greetings.
