What are the best practices to use Showpad Shared Spaces?

Hi Team,

We have been using Showpad for the last 1 years and our sales rep love it. As now we have onboarded whole sales team globally, we would like to introduce best practices to use various Showpad functionalities. Can someone suggest best practices to use Shared Spaces- How to ensure customer engagement, content that can be shared, Sales discussions etc?
