Adding tags in SharePoint but landing in Showpad files as local?

Hi,

When adding tags to assets in SharePoint, then adding via upload files to Showpad.

Tags on assets do not follow into Showpad

When editing the assets, there I can see that the Tags now are "local", where they should be "external" but still not showing under the file name in the list.

Any suggestions?

  Hi Marie-Louise,

  Thanks for reaching out to the community! We did some testing and on our end, and it seems the tags are coming over correctly from Sharepoint attached to the right documents in our instance (the tags will have the Sharepoint logo too). I'm wondering if maybe it was something in the way your instance has set up the column mapping (like in step 10 here).
