On the Customer Success team, we’re frequently asked what good Pitch IQ feedback looks like. Here are some of our quick hits:
Think of the Passing Score as customer-ready
Giving the Learner the passing score, or higher, suggests that whatever they’ve said in their Pitch IQ you’d be happy for them to say to a prospect or customer.
Don’t be afraid if reps have multiple Pitch IQ attempts
On average, Learners click re-record 6-7 times, which is 6-7 times that they were able to practice before facing a prospect or customer.
Keep feedback specific
Utilize the time stamp feature to ensure that Learners know exactly when they said something they can improve on.
Keep your feedback timely
Feedback a month later isn’t feedback at all. Reps are more likely to record and complete future pitches if they know that they’ll receive timely feedback from their Admin or Manager.
