Guidelines 3D/AR
While preparing some 3D/AR-content our technical lead was following and inspecting your guidelines (https://help.showpad.com/hc/en-us/articles/360003822554-Upload-3D-assets-to-facilitate-an-immersive-buyer-experience) but there're some issues over there:
/ the .zip file that's downloadable hasn't got the same content as described on the website
/ the .zip files contains a airplane instead of a robot
/ the robot-model isn't structured as it should be (textures, materials are missing, even a part of the model isn't shown in the end-result)
We would like to share our knowledge and insights to upgrade this page and provide a reference-case. So other developers, 3D artist, agencies, client get the right info and trust the 3D/AR-development. AR can be great in sales enablement, now as a product presentation, but even as an active model that can be animated and triggered.
We're used to work with .usdz and animated and scripted tool (unity/unreal); so please join forces and make this towards the best AR-sales-tool

Hi Wouter,
Thank you so much for your feedback! We will look into our documentation for potential changes. As you suggest, we will also arrange a time to chat since it would be interesting to hear your thoughts. I'll reach out to you in private so we can find a time where it works for me, my colleague and you :-).
Have a nice day!
