And, according to Gartner, by the year 2020, customers will manage 85% of the buyer’s journey without interacting with a single human being.

Collections - the perfect way to give a tailored Sales pitch
Collections are presentations that can consist of many different files relevant to the conversation that you’re having with your customer. You can quickly create them before or even during a meeting to share with your customer in a follow-up email.
Present content from any device - even offline
Have you downloaded the Showpad mobile app on your phone and/or tablet yet? It allows you to find, present, and share content from any device that the app is installed on. In addition to that you’re able to access content on you mobile devices without access to wifi or cell data. The only thing you need to do is make sure that you download all your content before the meeting and you’re all set!
Make your presentation come to life!
You’re able to add text, draw and highlight important facts on any kind of Showpad file with the annotations feature. This will help you draw attention to specific information and facts on your slides or any kind of content you’re sharing with your customer and helps you guide the conversation in a way that best suits the situation.
Shared Spaces (available on Plus and Ultimate packages)
Showpad offers Shared Spaces to give you the power to create your own customized micro-site where you can interact with colleagues and customers. These secure and collaborative spaces host content, comments, and more all in one place. Access is by invitation only to ensure your content remains secure and visible only to the intended audience. This may be ideal for longer sales cycles where traditional sharing methods may not be enough.
You might have a piece of content that always works well with customers, and that’s why we included the option to upload your own personal content to an area called “My Files”. You are in full control and can structure files and folders as you want. (This feature is activated by your administrator, so if you don't see this channel, you know who to befriend!)
Don’t want to send an automated Share email because it tends to land in Spam?
No problem! Either talk to your admin to leverage sending domains (which means your email address is being used when sending emails, which needs to be set up through your admin with IT) or generate a link that you can implement into your own personal email.
Find out if your customer is engaging with your content
Would you like to know exactly when your prospect is actively engaging with an email you sent and the content you’ve shared? Turn on you push notification.
And last, but not least, you’ll also be able to track if the content you provided has been shared with anyone else. If it’s been shared with someone it shouldn’t have, you can easily disable the content by revoking access. You’re in complete control!
And did you know we now have our own Community?
The Showpad Customer Community is a place where enthusiasts sit together around a virtual campfire and share thoughts, ideas, questions, and answers. We’re loving it! It’s best to have your users ask you for help first, since you know what you want them to do. But when you don’t know the answer, have them post in the community for a quick response that you can easily share with other users if it comes up again.
Don’t worry, we’ve included some tips and tricks for you too, Admins.

Feedback process for missing content on Showpad
With Showpad it’s very easy for your users to give you feedback on content that’s already in Showpad. They can comment and you can analyze if it’s being used or not. However, what about the content that’s not in Showpad yet, that you haven’t thought about? It might be useful to provide users with a link to an online form that allows them to submit content ideas to marketing, helping you provide content that is actually needed.
