I have a lot of content I want to import. Is the only way to do this via the normal upload process?

If you check out the import section in our upload article (https://help.showpad.com/hc/en-us/articles/212552285-Upload-files-to-the-Content-Library#Cloud), you can see all of the options available to do a bulk import.
