Grouping of email addresses and "someone" viewed
Hi,
I've recently noticed when I share content via the Showpad for Chrome plugin, I can share a link with multiple people and in the Share insights I will see the addresses of who I shared it with. Previously for link sharing, I don't believe this information was available and it used to just say "Someone". However, I do notice that while it shows the email addresses the link was shared to, it still says "someone viewed" or "someone downloaded". Anyone know what makes this difference?
Thanks for your intel!

Hi Casey,
Great question! When you copy a link from the Chrome extension, if you choose to log the share to your CRM and add the contacts you intend to share the link with, they will populate in the Share insights. You will see the one or more recipients listed, however for the actual actions taken such as views or downloads, the insights will still say "Someone viewed", as we can't be sure who took action.
This is a new update, and it's available for social or generic link options. You can read more about it here: https://help.showpad.com/hc/en-us/articles/211959189-Find-and-Share-content-using-Showpad-for-Chrome
Hope this helps!
