Help - user log in

Hi, 

I need help getting my user into their account. They have a new email address and can no longer access the old one, which is where the confirmation email is being sent. How can I fix this?

  Hi Ron,

  Thanks for your question! If you modify the email address of a user after creation, a confirmation email is indeed sent to their original email address. Since they can't access that email address, please reach out to our support team, who can help you get the address changed!
