You can access your Courses and Paths from one centralized and organized location using the Coach Library. The asset details pane provides quick access to Course information and metadata for both Courses and Paths. The Search and filter capabilities make finding the content you need easy. You can also apply tags to multiple Courses at once. If your organization uses Divisions, select the relevant one. Select the Coach Library tab. On the left side, you can select to view All Courses, Curriculums, or All Paths. At a glance, you can see the Course or Path Name, Status, Created date, Last Updated date, and Owner. Click any of the column headers to sort the list. To create a new Course or Path, click the New button. See this article to learn how to create a Course View this article to learn how to create a Path Back to Top Manage Courses Select All Courses from the Coach Library left menu. To find the Course you want to manage, use the search field and/or filter the Courses by Curriculum, Owners, Groups, Status, Tags, or Competencies. Click on the Course to view the asset details pane. Preview the Course by clicking the Course thumbnail. Hover over the Description or Title section and click the pencil icon to edit it. In the Info tab, view the following details about the Course: History of the Course What Paths the Course is used in How many Groups and Individuals are assigned to the Course How many times the Course has been Started or Completed The Time to Completion What Components are included A link to the Course that can be copied In the Properties tab, view or edit the Local and External tags, Curriculums the Course belongs to, Competencies it's associated with, and the Owner. The Feedback tab displays user comments about the Course to guide you in making Course enhancements. You can resolve or dismiss the feedback. Learn more about exploring user feedback. To go to the Course Builder, click Edit Course. If a Course is published, click the three dot menu to View it in My Team or Archive it. Click the trash icon to delete a Course still in development. To assign tags to multiple Courses, select the Courses and click Edit. Choose tags you want to add to the Courses or type to create new tags. You can delete tags assigned to the Courses by unselecting them. To apply a tag assigned to only some of the Courses to all the selected Courses, check the tag. Click Apply when done. Back to Top Manage Paths Select All Paths from the Coach Library left menu. To find the Path you want to manage, use the search field and/or filter by Owners, Groups, or Status. Click on the Path to view the asset details pane. Hover over the Description or Title section and click the pencil icon to edit it. In the Info tab, view the following details about the Path: The History of the Path How many Groups and Individuals are assigned to the Path The Time to Completion What Components are included A link to the Path that can be copied In the Properties tab, you can view or edit the Owner. To adjust the Path components, click Edit Path. Click the trash icon to delete a Path still in development. If a Path is published, click the three dot menu to view it in My Team or Archive the assignment. Back to Top Manage Curriculums Curriculums help in organizing and grouping Courses by subject. When Courses belong to a Curriculum, they can be quickly added to Paths. To create a new Curriculum, click New, then select Curriculum. Name the Curriculum, then click Create. In the Curriculums tab, you will see an overview of all your curriculums. You can sort them by Name, number of Courses contained, or Date Created. Select any Curriculum to expand the asset details pane. Click Edit to change the name of the Curriculum, or click the trash icon to delete it. Note: You can assign Curriculums to Courses while building a Course or later on by accessing the Course's Properties tab. They cannot be changed within the Curriculum asset details pane.
