Great content libraries have a lot of material for many different needs, which can sometimes feel overwhelming for users. As an admin, you can tailor your content to best suit your users based on different criteria, such as where they are located, what language(s) they speak, and commonly used tags. You can do this by creating Content Profiles. Content Profiles differ from tags in that they include an umbrella of information, including locale and language. Unlike tags, which are topics that can be applied to different assets for easy filtering, Content Profiles allow your users to see the best content for them, saving time for everything else on their plate. By enabling Dynamic Content Filtering on the Experience level, you can avoid duplicating Experiences in different languages. For example, you could create one Experience where users only see the content that is relevant to them based on their Content Profile. You can also do this when creating and distributing internal Pages. When enabled for Pages, Dynamic Content Filtering allows all assets to be filtered on the Page for internal users. Examples of Content Profiles you may create as an admin include Language, Region, Country, or Product Lines. More in-depth Content Profile examples may be Persona (AE versus Solutions Engineer, Field Sales versus Internal Sales, etc), Market, Industries, Partner versus Direct Sales, and more. When you select More Options, you can choose to Match ALL, ANY, or NONE of the options. Note: When adding multiple tags in the NONE field, an OR statement displays the filtered assets. Find your Content Profiles by using the search bar or Groups and Division options to filter for results. Scroll down the right side for a quick look at the selected profile.
