What will you learn this time Let's clarify the numbers you see and make sense of the Showpad's statistics. See how reports can show you what marketing content works and what doesn't. The reports section of Showpad's Online Platform allows you, as the all-powerful administrator, to optimize your budget. That's right - based on what content is used the most and your understanding of how sales conversations work, you can customize your content to guide sales reps in their ongoing adventures. Also, use reporting data to understand trends in how your users complete their learning and coaching assignments. This information can help frame how you approach these initiatives and where more training might be necessary. Following this guide to reports takes about 60 minutes. Three ways to see what marketing content works There are three gems that guide you to a bigger treasure when it comes to Showpad Content. We have analytics that displays all the information about your content. This includes both the marketing content you uploaded as an administrator and the content your users uploaded themselves to their personal channel. Read the full article about content analytics. User analytics show you all about the user engagement in Showpad. Read the full article about user analytics. Activity logging for all the users of the organization. Understand data surrounding training and coaching initiatives Showpad provides a diverse range of configurations so you can consistently access the right details around coaching quickly. Available data is determined from the report type you choose. Save your report formats to be run at a later time. This can be helpful by allowing you to compare datasets over time, perhaps to gauge whether certain changes that were implemented have had an effect on the results.
